chocolate chip cookie dough from Sweet Laurel Bakery

I didn’t feel like wrangling ingredients but needed a cookie. This is ready-to-bake cookie dough for the former salmonella-risking 90s children who now have dietary restrictions (me). Gluten free and vegan, refined sugar free as well. You’re supposed to smash the balls down, but i left them as is out of the packaging. The result is crisp on the outside and a soft and fluffy scone-like bite on the inside.
